Q: Sir, Re: 8 day tour of west coast--LA, Grand Canyon and Las Vegus--3 persons We are living in Shanghai China and supposed to travel to US around end of this year. We have a couple of concerns as follows regarding terms of payment: - How and when to pay? We need more details about process of payment - Whether you can accept payment via Visa Credit Card? - How many days the least should we make reservation before the trip? - What other stuff we shoud present for the upcoming tour? We suggest you book it one or two months earlier. After the reservation is made, we will send you confirmation and then final E-ticket. You need to print out the E-ticket and bring it to the tour. Q: Hi, Since all meals are not included in the tour, will we be dropped off to buy our own meals or how is that being arranged? Or will the agent arrange some place for meals and we just have to pay for it? I have experienced that some agents bring you to a restaurant for the meal and if we didnt like the place, we do not have other choices. However, if your credit card does not have a limit, you can place the order by one card, and make a special note in the comment section stating that you want us to charge on different cards and provide the cards info there. So when we actually charge, we will split the charge. If your credit card does have a limit, you can choose Bank Wire Transfer as payment method when you place the order and includes the credit cards info in the comment section so that we can split the charge when we get your order. My question is whether it is far away from the picked up location,LA Dim Sum, China Town, 638 N Broadway, Los Angeles to 4123 West Century Blvd, Los Angeles, which is the hostel that my husband and my daughter will stay in Los Angeles. Do they have enough time to go to the picked up location before the pick-up time 7:20p.m?
